The district owns 28.66 acres,

south of the current SHS.

The exact site has NOT been decided. It will be decided after a bond passes so we can pay surveyors & contractors to asses site development costs.

This option would save on cost to run utilities.

It would also help the transportation & bus flow.

We could utilize the existing parking lot to help with high school parking needs.

Some have expressed concern of having the high school and middle school right next to each other.

Also, the current softball/baseball fields would be relocated.

There would be green space between the future middle school (current SHS) and a new high school.

Softball & Baseball fields would not be moved.

It would be more expensive to run utilities.

Current CTE (Ag) buildings would be used by Middle Schoolers.
